"MAGMA" LLC machine building enterprise is an up-to-date, established August20th, 2001, based at "Priazovskyi mechanical plant", which comprises some specialized production units and is capable of manufacturing complicated technical products.
For a number of years the enterprise has been manufacturing non-standard equipment and spare parts for iron and steel equipment, mining and sintering plants and river and sea ports.

Possessing modern metal processing and mechanical assembling production units, highly qualified personnel, the enterprise manufactures non-standard equipment which is unique in its technical characteristics, as well as parts of various precision classes, types and dimensions, their mass ranging from several kilograms to 50 tons.

The enterprise possesses highly qualified engineers at its design and technological bureaus and has a universal production base and good financial opportunities, thus it can quickly rearrange in order to manufacture new types of production, including modernized products, without any substantial external cooperation.
The development of self storage facilities allows to keep in stock a wide range of billets, forgings, castings and other metal.

The enterprise has implemented and now is successfully using the system of quality management, which is in accordance with the requirements of the international DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 standard, it facilitated to establish an efficient connection between commercial and technical services at every level, commencing with purchase of raw materials and auxiliary parts and finishing at the stage of shipment of production to customers. The granted Certificate for the system of quality management is a document, verifying the enterprise’s ability to manufacture products, satisfying customers’ requirements.

Technical documentation for the system of quality management, developed at the enterprise clearly specifies the interrelation between its departments in the process of planning, supervision over manufacturing technology and setting up the main indices of the enterprise’s activity.

At the moment the enterprise is in the process of certifying its analytical laboratory of production control (PCL), equipped with all facilities, instruments, and methods of control, required for fulfillment of the necessary volume of initial control and testing of finished products.

Technical quality control department ( TQC), maintaining close relationship with the laboratory of production control (PLC), at the stage of preparation of manufacturing process approves of for manufacturing only the materials, which passed the complete initial control. Such relationship makes it possible to eliminate purchases of substandard raw materials and auxiliary materials at the stage of preparation of contracts, thus influencing substantially the quality of our products.
Preparation and fulfillment of repairs of mechanical and electric facilities are made by the enterprise’s personnel in strict accordance with technical documentation.
By using the technical documentation, developed for various technical processes and monitoring the production at all stages we can reveal production defects, find out their reasons and eliminate them, the main thing is that it is possible to develop measures for prevention of such defects, aimed at their complete elimination in future.
